In the cold and dark winter, come and join a peaceful and near nature yoga weekend, full of warmth by the fireplace, in the sauna and in your body.
With yoga as our foundation for practice, the days will dive into connection to your heart and acceptance of the now, of things as they are. We will play with sensing into the finer muscles and sensations of the body, and get closer to our foundation and connection to nature.
The yoga tradition will mainly be Hatha style, but some classes will be very slow pace, others more muscular. Its about connecting to both feeling strong, staying with the muscular engagement and at the same time softening through the whole body - staying with a soft face. This is a skill we can practice throughout many situations in life - staying soft, even when it gets hard.
We will meditate, dance a little and enjoy lovely vegetarian meals and the beautiful nature surrounding Stoksholmene13.
Any level of yoga experience is welcome, even if you are all new to it, you will be able to join.

Warm Yoga Retreat - Focus on heartfullness and acceptance
Kamilla Askholm Jørgensen
As an educated artist, forest worker and yoga teacher I have a broad background that taps into a holistic yoga practice.
I am deeply connected to nature in my everyday life and this will be obvious in my teaching. I practice on the foundation of nature, art and yoga and its healing and grounding potential.
I'm grateful and excited to share this with you and I look forward to co-create a temporary and safe community for the weekend with you all.- Kamilla Askholm Jørgensen
Kenneth
Kenneth uses his knowledge from his daily work as a B:A:M Body Therapist. Here, we use the heat of the sauna, the breath, and the cold water to connect with the body. This releases emotions. Behind the emotions, old tensions are often hidden in the body. The body is fantastic and never lies, but it requires curiosity, courage, and surrender to get in touch with these signals.
We work with curiosity and look lovingly at the tensions and signals from the body that the sauna releases. They can be a fantastic compass that we can use in our everyday life to navigate concerning which direction we should and perhaps should not go.
