Trading conditions

​These terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with Stoksholm ApS (Stoksholmene13) either via online booking or via telephone, email or personal contact.

Direct booking via telephone, mail or personal inquiry.

Bookings made via email, telephone or personal contact are paid in connection with the booking. You will receive a confirmation via email containing an invoice for payment. When the amount has been paid, your booking is confirmed.

We would like to point out that cancellation or changes to accommodation(s), stay, events must be made in writing (via e-mail) 48 hours before arrival.

 

The following applies to direct bookings. 

 

You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before check-in (12.00 noon)

Your stay is confirmed by paying a deposit or by other agreement.

In case of no-show, 100% of the price for the entire service/stay is paid.

If you book an event or stay that is non-refundable, it will not be possible to get any refund for the service/stay at the time of booking.

 

In case of cancellation from our side, the entire amount will be refunded.
